WALKING FOOTBALL
Our Walking Football sessions are a fantastic way to stay fit, have fun, and connect with others – all at a gentler pace. This slower, safer version of the game helps improve physical health, boost mental wellbeing, and build lasting friendships.
Whether you're new to the sport or a former player, everyone is welcome. For those looking for a competitive edge, we also have men's teams (Over 50, Over 60, Over 65 & Over 70) and a women’s team (Over 40) that compete in regional leagues and national competitions – offering the chance to represent Motherwell in walking football at all levels.

Use the adjacent window to book via our online booking system, or go to https://motherwell-fc-community-trust.classforkids.io - you only need to register once for the full block and when registered you'll be added to our group chat that we use to find out everyone's availability for upcoming sessions. You should also complete a PAR-Q form before attending - this can be done by going to https://wfs.ms/4mvlXnd

You should wear weather appropriae clothing you can move around freely in and footwear suitable for an astroturf football pitch, as well as a bottle of water or still juice
