Title: Volunteer Parent Helper

Reports to: Boys'/Girls' Football Co-ordinator

Based at: Fir Park Stadium, Motherwell ML1 2QN

Job Purpose: To assist the coaches with any activities or administration.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • To assist coaches with aspects of the coaching session under direct supervision.
  • To lay out equipment for activities.
  • To assist with the reporting of any incidents / accidents.
  • To assist with administrative tasks linked to the session.
  • To ensure that the Trust’s Codes of Conduct are adhered to.
  • To attend continuing professional development as required.
  • To adhere to National Governing Body (SFA) guidelines.
  • Any other task which is deemed necessary by the Trust as it grows
