Our Men’s Rec Football sessions are all about enjoying the game in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. Open to men of all ages and abilities, these weekly classes focus on fun, fitness, and learning new skills – whether you're returning to the game or trying football for the first time.

It’s a great way to stay active, boost your confidence, and connect with other men in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. No experience needed – just bring your trainers and enthusiasm!
