Malcolm Taylor Malcy was born in Glasgow in 1967 and from the age of four was going to Scottish league football games with his father, brother and uncles. From those days football has always been part of his life, either on the terrace or on the park. Malcy played at boys' clubs in his youth then progressed into amateur and junior football. He started coaching with Motherwell Football Club eleven years ago in Soccer Centres, in time he became a part-time member of staff at the Community Trust, combining coaching with his successful window-cleaning business. This then led onto a full-time post as a Football Development Officer, where his responsibilities include : Soccer Centres, Community Teams and delivering coaching sessions in nurseries and schools.
